On January 11th, 2024, the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant, inaugurated Vidnyan Dhara 2024, along with Secretary Education Shri Prasad Lolayekar and DHE Director Bhushan Savoikar, igniting a wave of enthusiasm and aspiration among Goa's youth. Over the period of 49 days, from January 11th to February 28th, Vidnyan Dhara 2024 unfolded with over 530 electrifying events by 230 resource persons. From fascinating lectures to captivating demonstrations, this mega science series provided a platform for over 70,000 students to dig into the realms of science and technology.

Hailing from University and esteemed institutions in Goa which includes National Institute of Oceanography (NIO) and the National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR), National Forensic University etc. these experts have brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. Additionally, representatives from industry have joined hands with us, enriching the discourse and providing valuable real-world perspectives. Our sessions have covered a wide array of scientific topics, from marine biology to climate science, robotics to renewable energy. As we bid farewell to Vidnyan Dhara 2024, we take pride in celebrating the collective achievements and aspirations of all those who have been part of this extraordinary journey.
